The "Spectrum Crunch" And A Powerball Lottery Stock Pick

This week CNN Money is running a series titled "The Spectrum Crunch". Essentially it discusses the cellphone capacity crunch.  (How timely for us when we just highlighted a pure play on this problem).

"Wireless operators have to decide whether they spend money acquiring new spectrum or building tens of thousands of new cell sites all over the country," says Dan Hays, a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers' consultancy. "That's the big dilemma."

What we saw years ago is now being discovered by mainstream media, but you have the chance to participate.

We discovered a company which we called the "Wireless Wonder". Their patent Patent # 6,680,923 titled "Communication system and method which covers the seamless roaming of voice, video and data between Wide Area Network access points such as cellular towers (GSM/GPRS/EDGE, CDMA, WCMDA etc) and short range Internet access points (such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc.) has the ability to be a 100 bagger investment.

One of the most respected analysts interviewed in the CNN article, happened to be at this company's latest shareholder meeting acknowledging how valuable the space and patent could be.

A Delaware court determined that management wasn't capable of running the company and designated a receiver to liquidate the company (basically sell the patent).

We are calling this company a Powerball Lottery Ticket in our latest newsletter. They company is currently valued at $4m. Technology experts have said the patent could be worth between $100m to $1B.

It is probably one of riskiest crapshoots you will find, but you go into it with the same attitude as the lottery.."what if?".

We think the stock gets halted for trading soon because the judge basically said, liquidate this company.

The How To Find Big Stocks Newsletter summarizes what this company has and why it could be like winning the Powerball.
