NEW YORK (Reuters) - Microsoft Corp. has stepped up its pursuit of a deal to buy Yahoo Inc., two newspapers reported on Friday, as the two companies reenter talks to strike a deal amid huge growth from rival Google Inc.

I think this would be terrible as Google pretty much rules the world anyway. MSN or live as it now called just can't seem to keep up with Google. Yahoo is the only chance we can have of real results and not commercialised driven ones.
