M-Cube is a dishonest leach which will send its software to wireless phones which desire information on ringtones or communications add ons. When the owner of the phone decides that they dont want the product or if they do not receive the software they cannot extricate it from their phone. Hence they will receive monthly billing for software they dont have or dont use! Verisign knows this and refuses to fix the problem. The FCC also knows this and refuses to do anything. Please alert all those you know and also let the authorities know ASAP!

same deal here - never asked for it and now I cant get rid of it nor refunded for it. The degree of bs that the carriers give for not being able to deliver refunds is astounding. I think a class action lawsuit against these predators is a real option. I now have paid them $100 for services I demanded be terminated and if you think of the # of people they have access to and the money that # of people generates, that will explain why their value at sale time was $250 million. If the have access to 200 million subscribers as described in the blog, the just $20/mo from 1/2 the subscribers totals 20 million a month for nothing but, if not illegal, a useless money generating scam.

I have exactly the same experience. I have never signed up for any services. Never heard about them. This is a scam...

Just like all of you, I have been billed for absolutely nothing. Why is this software neccessary anyway? What was the original intent?

My name is Will, I'm currently going trough Hell with this issue also. They keep charging my Phone bill, Nextell will not stop it and the M-Qube rep has not sent their cancellation e-mail. Yet over 100.00 in charges. I have no text messaging functions, I can receive but not send. Hav not requested any services, yet i'm getting charged. Well I guess next will be the BBB.
