Isn't it ironic that Microsoft announces they will have a search engine that is better than Google's , the day after Google says the big growth in PC search is slowing.

Ahead of Google's annual analyst day, which kicks off later Thursday, a company product executive underscored the search engine's desire to penetrate the non-PC market by being on the homepage of mobile devices.
The ability for users to have "one-click access" to Google services on mobile phones is "pretty important," said Deep Nishar, director, product management at Google, at a RBC Capital Markets conference, held Thursday morning.
How can Google get their search window on every phone? It can be as easy as an SMS response with a link to download.
Google can put a link on home search page that sends a text to your mobile for installation.
Google will show (again), that you don't need an operating system (OS) to dominate search on 2 billion devices.

PP: Why the Heinz ketchup bottle? Type 'Heinz' in a Google or MSN or Yahoo search window (mobile or otherwise) and this keyword doesn't take ME to Heinz ketchup. That's a problem, isn't it. Comments?
The bottle was using the analogy of "catch up"..Microsoft is always playing catch up to Google.
